Are these employees or full time contractors? Do we need to pay super?
It depends on your working relationship and level of control. Many clients engage talent as independent contractors to keep things simple, while others prefer an EOR setup for full compliance. We offer both paths — and provide a lawyer-reviewed agreement to help you stay compliant.
Why are you claiming to be ethical?
A lot of traditional offshore companies pay their talent below market rates and have huge markups. By helping companies hire offshore talent directly, we help companies save thousands, allowing them to also pay their talent more competitively.  
How do we pay the talent?
Most of our clients just pay one monthly retainer from the banks to the talents. Some like to use Wise because of the better forex fees.
